The Engineering segment provides technical mining research and consultancy services. The Other segment engages in the production of vanadium pentoxides and related products, and other projects. It is also involved in the provision of general trading, financing, engineering, and procurement services; and development of titanium sponge. The company was incorporated in 2010 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong.
