The company operates through three divisions: Distribution and Re-Manufacturing, Publishing, and Development. The Distribution and Re-Manufacturing division engages in the wholesale distribution of video games, hardware, and accessories; and re-manufacturing activities. The Publishing division publishes original games, as well as third-party games on PC/Mac, mobile, and console platforms. The Development division develops games. The company was formerly known as Alliance Distributors Holding Inc. and changed its name to Alliance Media Holdings Inc. in June 2015.
