The company was formerly known as PT Eatertainment International Tbk and changed its name to PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk in August 2012. PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk was founded in 1980 and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk is a subsidiary of PT Mutiara Timur Pratama.
