Wholetech System Hitech Limited provides turnkey and system integration services in Taiwan. It offers bulk gas, specialty gas supply, hookup turnkey and consultant, and gas hook-up systems; clean room, MEP, process exhaust, pure water treatment, fire, and cooling systems; and vacuum piping systems, vacuum piping fittings, vacuum ball valves, and deposit improvement engineering services. The company also provides gas cabinets and racks, and VMP/P systems; monitoring hardware and software, such as GIS, HPM, FMCS, and heating jackets; scrubbers; and automation engineering software, custom application software, and mobile IoT smart facility management system. In addition, it provides wet process equipment and chemical supply systems comprising semiconductor, LED, solar energy, and LCD panels. The company was formerly known as Wholetech Engineering Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Wholetech System Hitech Limited in 2001.
