Jacine serves on the Drinks Trust’s Community Committee and is an Ambassador for Women's Enterprise Scotland. Paul Rutasikwa - Founder / Head Distiller A rum and whisky connoisseur, Paul perfected his distilling skills at Heriot-Watt University's Brewing and Distilling programme. Formerly a Chartered Professional Civil Engineer by profession, he is skilled in providing technical leadership. He serves on the board of the Scottish Distillers Association. Paul is supported in production by Drew (Assistant Distiller) and Graham (Part-Time Production Assistant). David Reid - Marketing Director (PT) A award-winning Marketer with over experience in the drinks industry, David is in his 3rd year with Matugga acting as Marketing Strategist & Creative Director.
