The Sales and Trading Business segment offers broking services in securities, equity linked products, unit trusts, stock options, and commodities and futures contracts, as well as underwriting, placing, and margin financing services to broking clients. This segment also acts as an agent for the sale of savings plans, general and life insurance, and other investment linked insurance products. The Corporate Finance segment offers corporate finance and advisory services on equity and debt financing to companies listed or seeking listing on Hong Kong or other stock exchanges; and other unlisted corporates. The company also offers fund management services; and administrative support, research, and consultancy services. It serves individuals, corporates, enterprises, and institutional customers. The company was formerly known as Hantec Investment Holdings Limited and changed its name to Cinda International Holdings Limited in November 2008. Cinda International Holdings Limited was incorporated in 2000 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong.
