The company holds 100% interests in the Berens River project located to the north of Red Lake, Ontario; and the Band-Ore project located to the west of Thunder Bay, Ontario. It also has 100% interests in the Ogoki and Kagiami projects located in the James Bay Lowlands of Ontario; the Sandridge project located in Thunder Bay, Ontario; the Basking Project located in northern Ontario; and the Ratte Lake Property, which comprises 15 single cell mining claims located to the northwest of Lake Nipigon, northwestern Ontario, as well as the Petawanga project located in northern Ontario. The company was formerly known as Golden Share Mining Corporation and changed its name to Golden Share Resources Corporation in June 2017.
