Governance.com is a multi award-winning company that provides regulated financial institutions with simple, efficient and technology-enabled governance solutions - or as we like to call it - Digital Governance. Our integrated platform provides data aggregation, process automation, visualization and decision making tools that work harmoniously together to simplify processes. This allows companies to address one business process at a time and achieve results rapidly.

Governance.com was founded by twin brothers Bert and Rob Boerman in 2015, born out of a passion for enabling businesses to operate efficiently within one robust system, whilst significantly lowering their compliance spend. Gartner categorizes solutions like Governance.com as “DigitalOps toolkits”, and lists these toolkits as one of the top technology trends for 2020. Where we are different from others is that we are the only solution that connects all elements of DigitalOps toolkits in one integrated platform.
