The fund is co-managed by Guggenheim Funds Investment Advisors, LLC and Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, LLC. It invests in fixed income markets of the United States. The fund primarily invests in a diversified portfolio of taxable municipal securities known as Build America Bonds. It was formerly known as Guggenheim Taxable Municipal Managed Duration Trust.
