The company also provides call centre operation agency, CS monitoring, and quality management services; bond information, initial delay notice, and storage management services; and investigation of repayment ability for defaulters, credit check of new and existing counterparties, preliminary investigation for preservation of bonds, and proof of bad debt amortization for non-recoverable bonds.
