The company holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the El Porvenir gold property located within the Segovia-Remedios gold belt in the Department of Antioquia, Colombia. It also holds interests in El Pino West and Heliconia properties in Colombia. The company was formerly known as Caerus Resource Corporation and changed its name to Angel Gold Corp. in October 2012. Angel Gold Corp. was incorporated in 1988 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
