Summus Solutions N.V. does not have significant operations. Previously, it was involved in the exploration, development, and production of petroleum and natural gas reserves in Canada. The company was formerly known as Warrior Energy N.V. and changed its name to Summus Solutions N.V. in November 2012. Summus Solutions N.V. was incorporated in 1993 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
