Torunlar Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. (“Torunlar REIC” or the “Company”) and its subsidiary, TRN Otel Isletmeciligi ve Yatirimlari A.S. (“TRN”) referred together as a “Group”. The Company was incorporated in 1996 with the trade name of Toray Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. in Istanbul, Turkey. With a change in the Articles of Association published on Trade Registry Gazette on 25 January 2008, the Company has been registered with the trade name of Torunlar Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. on 21 January 2008. The Company's stocks have been traded at the Borsa Istanbul since 21 October 2010 and registered to Capital Markets Board (“CMB”). The Company operates in Turkey. As of 30 September 2020, the total number of the Company's employees is 59 (31 December 2019: 66) and the main shareholder is the Torun Family.
