It has operations in Sweden, Denmark, China, and the United States. The company was formerly known as Elos AB (publ) and changed its name to Elos Medtech AB (publ) in April 2015. Elos Medtech AB (publ) was incorporated in 1923 and is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden.
