Activa Resources AG, an independent oil and gas company, engages in the acquisition, development, and exploitation of oil and natural gas properties in the North America. The company primarily holds a 22.1% interest in the OSR-Halliday project covering 16,400 acres located in Leon and Madison counties, East Texas. As of January 1, 2016, it had proved reserves of 6.52 million barrels of oil equivalent. The company was formerly known as TNG Capital Invest AG and changed its name to Activa Resources AG in January 2005. Activa Resources AG was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Bad Homburg, Germany.
