The company operates through Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Capital Management/Treasury segments. It offers saving, current, payroll, and pension accounts; time and sight deposit accounts; and repos, sight, and tiered interest rate sight interest-bearing accounts. The company also provides consumer, mortgage, ECO consumer, business premises, long-term, and short-term loans. Its offers home, car, life, and investment insurance products, as well as business insurance products which include large, small, and medium business insurance; and professional civil liability and civil liability business insurance. In addition, the company offers credit, debit, and prepaid cards; letters of guarantee; POS terminals; domestic factoring; and mutual funds, portfolio management, consulting, leasing, cash management, and treasury services, as well as foreign exchange transactions. As of December 31, 2021, it operated through a network of 50 branches. The company was founded in 1925 and is headquartered in Athens, Greece.
