The company was formerly known as NT Network Telecom Holding AG and changed its name to Angel Telecom AG in June, 2007. Angel Telecom AG was founded in 2004 and is based in Baar, Switzerland. As of December, 4, 2014, Angel Telecom AG is in reorganization.
