==Team== When purchasing Ascot Ales Limited Chris & Mike saw an opportunity to create something special, something outstanding. Instead of starting a brewery from scratch they understood all the hard work that had gone into the company by the previous owners and that this would be a fast start to driving revenues in the future. The name Ascot was important. Universally recognised around the world for its status, history and occasion. They believe these are the building blocks to a great product and brand. This really excited them. Rebranding the Ascot beer names & designs, bringing onboard passionate personnel to drive the vision forward has been a rewarding experience. Physically moving the brewery after a long time at Compton Place has been a big achievement along with building a fantastic taproom & launching our much-anticipated craft beer brand – Disruption is Brewing® The Taproom is an exciting revelation enabling the company to showcase both beer ranges to the ‘trade’ (pubs, bars, clubs etc) as well as sell beer directly to beer-loving consumers. Chris always says he’s been training for this job all his life! Drinking beers throughout the UK and around the world showed him that beer brings people together; a social glue, it binds communities & people together. What a great job to have uniting folk when they drink their passionately brewed beer. Their eyes light up – job done.
