== Summary == CMC Metals Ltd. engages in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada and the United States. The company explores for silver, zinc, lead, gold, copper, antimony, bismuth, and tungsten deposits. It holds a 100% interest in the Silver Hart property that includes 116 contiguous full and partial mineral claims covering an area of 2,200 hectares located in the Watson Lake Mining District, Yukon Territories; and Logjam property, which comprises 32 claims covering an area of 632 hectares located in south-central Yukon. The company also holds an option to earn up to 100% working interests in the Blue Heaven property consisting of 118 contiguous full and partial claims covering an area of 1,975 hectares located in the Rancheria Silver District, Yukon Territories; and the Terra Nova property that includes 71 claims covering an area of approximately 1,775 hectares located in the Gander Subzone in Central Newfoundland, as well as in the Amy property, which comprises 16 mineral tenures covering an area of approximately 908.4 hectares; the Silverknife property consisting of 2 mineral tenures covering an area of approximately 538.3 hectares; and the Rancheria South property that comprises of 12 mineral tenures covering an area of 2008.32 hectares located in the Liard Mining Division, British Columbia. In addition, it holds option to acquire 100% interests in the Bridal Veil property that includes 150 claims covering an area of 3,150 hectares located in Newfoundland; and the Rodney Pond property, which comprises of 27 claims located in the Central Newfoundland. The company was formerly known as Bellevue Capital Corp. and changed its name to CMC Metals Ltd. in July 2005. CMC Metals Ltd. was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
