=== About Bradford === Located in West Yorkshire in the North of England, Bradford is a vibrant city that has a rich and diverse culture. The city’s population is dominated by the younger age groups, with nearly 70% of the district’s population aged under 50 and more than 30% aged under 20, according to data from Bradford City Council. The city has experienced something of an overhaul in the last 10 years following the introduction of a 10-year regeneration programme, attempting to give the city a new lease of life. Since the plan was adopted, there have been several major developments in the city, and Card House will only add to the already impressive growth Bradford is experiencing. An update on Bradford Council’s city plan, which was adopted in February 2015, reveals that good progress is being made in many areas, including improving city centre living. City centre living was one of the plan’s five main priorities in the plan, along with business, learning, transport and experience. This young and exciting population, paired with an impressive regeneration plan well underway has resulted in more and more people moving to the city, making Bradford an excellent location for property investment.
