CO was founded in 2016 in response to increasingly urgent demand by fashion professionals for sustainability solutions, and inspired by the opportunity to use technology to transform the way fashion business is done. Our team is proven and passionate, with a combined 100+ year track record of entrepreneurial success.

Tamsin Lejeune - Founder and CEO

Serial entrepreneur and an industry pioneer. Previously founded the Ethical Fashion Forum - an industry body for sustainable fashion. 15 years of leadership in sustainable fashion.

Harold Tillman - Chair

Joined CO as chair and lead investor in 2016. Almost 50 years in fashion as a retail entrepreneur and investor. Formerly Head of Jaeger and Aquascutum, and longest-serving chair of the British Fashion Council.

Sally O’Rourke - Growth (NED)
