Idea

We believe there is a lack of global health ID, that allows patients to store and share their complete medical records digitally, making connecting with doctors and medical providers easier. Docandu aims to resolve this.

Two years and a lot of work later, a team with complementary skills and expertise in the health industry, product management and innovation with in-house tech skills has completed development of the Docandu platform.

With two apps (aimed at both doctor and patient), we have the ability to connect patients and doctors or hospitals anywhere in the world real-time, providing personalised medical advice using an AI-powered symptom checker, and enables storing, accessing and sharing of medical history, notes and records.

We are building a network of doctors on our apps and have initiated early stage relationships with a couple of Greek public and private health entities. In the last few months, we have been stress-testing our apps and platforms.

We have also participated in a recent Research and Innovation proposal submission for the European Structural and Investment Funds

We're seeking your support to execute on its go-to-market strategy and make a global health ID a reality, by expanding its affiliate network of doctors, health providers and public health systems.

Team

Dr. Petros Pandis - Founder & Chief Executive Officer

With a PhD in biomedical engineering and corporate experience working with Santander and Inmarsat UK, working at a consultant level, Petros has been involved in various startup projects wearing different hats, until he found his calling with docandu.

Nikos Galanis - Chief Technology Officer

Nikos has years of experience running his own IT business. He has been a core part of the development team of www.car.gr, one of the major success tech stories in Greece.

Costantinos Adamopoulos - Chief Commercial Director

Constantinos has years of experience in the health industry, including CEO of Samsung Healthcare Hellas SA.

Dr. Ioannis Georgopoulos - Digital Health Director

Ioannis is a paediatric surgeon with rich research experimental and publications in Greek and international journals. At docandu, he is responsible for all the medical content and information architecture.

Sotiris Maroudas and Alexandros Iordanidis - Developer Leads

Sotiris and Alex have more than 20 years of combined experience in IT projects with various positions at Intrasoft International, Velti and in medical software with MedNet.
