Idea

The escalating climate crisis has led to millions of individuals feeling scared for the future, and our mission is to connect concerned individuals with impactful climate projects to make overcoming climate change viable, exciting and filled with hope.

Our simple subscription model caters for everyone: individuals, families and businesses and allows users to become Climate Positive by funding carbon reduction projects to offset their footprint as well as growing their own virtual forests. Over 1500 Shopify stores have our tree-planting app installed, and global businesses (including AXA and BBC) are demonstrating their green credentials by purchasing trees and offsets in our growing marketplace.

Launching in 2019, we've already funded the planting of 20+ million trees, as well as bought and retired more than 650,000 verified tonnes of emissions, through carbon reduction projects and we’re just getting started!

Community ownership is central to Ecologi, and rather than undertaking another round of investment solely from new and existing VC's, we'd rather have an army of active investors and ambassadors, helping us in our mission to reverse climate change

Ian is an experienced founder of successful companies including VR gaming (Maze Theory), international events brand Glug (acquired), and one of London's leading design studios (Output Group) and acquired Found Studio.
