==Idea== <vimeo>318713771</vimeo> Festicket was founded by Zack Sabban & Jonathan Younes back in 2012 to solve a problem they had themselves: they wanted to go to festivals all over the world but the process of organising everything was painful. So they decided to gather the festival & live music community around a central booking platform to make things more open, aware and connected. Festicket empowers fans with a seamless service to book tickets and packages for festivals worldwide. Fans can also discover new festivals through Festicket’s online magazine and their integration with Spotify allows you to find festivals based on the artists and music you listen to most. Festicket have helped over 1mn fans book experiences through the platform with over 1,200 Festival partners and 5,000 suppliers, including Wireless & Tomorrowland. They have built an online community of 2.5mn members with their online magazine and guide receiving over 65mn page views in 2018 and have grown their revenue by over 480% since 2015. Festicket has been through a planned investment phase with an aim to aggressively capture market share. It is still loss-making at this stage (-€6mn EBITDA 2018) They now want to give customers the chance to share in their success so have reserved part of their recent funding round for the crowd, giving you the opportunity to invest alongside the VCs on the same terms.
