Operatios[1]Edit

Stem & Glory is a plant-based restaurant brand aiming to disrupt the casual dining scene with locations in Cambridge and London and a third site at London's Broadgate Circle due to open in April 2022.

Stem & Glory are also growing with direct to consumer products, like ready meals & retail merchandise, which they successfully piloted during the lockdowns.

Being outspoken champions on issues that are vital to our planet, economy & wellbeing, our restaurants are powered by 100% renewable energy & gas free kitchens. Sustainability is high on the agenda, from the providence of our produce to the up-cycled furniture, we have an ambitious net zero target.

We have won multiple awards, including 'Best Newcomer' in the Cambridge Food & Drink awards in 2017 & 'Best Vegan Restaurant in London'. Pitching Dragon's Den style at the Global Restaurant Investment Forum in Feb 2020, we won 'Most Investable Concept', and won 'Best Enterprising Business' at the National SME Awards in Dec 2021.

Sales Jul-Nov21 are 88% up from Jul-Nov19 (Rev Dec20 - Nov21 £1,051,616 & EBITDA £106,124). The London and Cambridge sites have a combined EBITDA for the same period of £122k. As a result of the pandemic we took the decision to relocate the Cambridge site, and since opening in July 2021 it has seen 122% net sales growth versus old site (Jul-Nov19 v Jul-Nov21) and was profitable in first full month of trading.
