==Summary== HumanForest combines sustainable micro-mobility & digital marketing. Their summer pilot saw almost 10k riders accessing bikes through their freemium App & partners including FT. Having raised a seed round from leading e-mobility investors, they're here to fund the next stage of growth ahead of an exciting 2021. * Micro mobility industry growing 20% p.a to $150bn by 2030 * New social impact, mobility platform with over 27k trips made during trial * Onboarded their first partners - FT, Whole Foods & Rude Health * Featured in the Evening Standard as a 'Green tech' company to watch ==Idea== <vimeo>478326042</vimeo> London is facing a toxic air crisis with 99% of Londoners living in areas exceeding the World Health Organization's guidelines for air pollution. HumanForest is on a mission to improve this through our Mobility App. We bring together sustainable micromobility and digital marketing by providing truly green, dockless e-bikes which are free for everyone to use for 10 mins daily with no unlocking fee. We see our partnership model and digital marketing platform as what makes us unique within the micromobility market, which is predicted to be worth between $100B – $150B by 2030 in Europe alone. The new communications channel we have built enables partners to see how much Co2 emissions each journey avoids. It also allows for diverse revenue streams, between partners and riders (treenions). Our pilot launched in the London Boroughs of Islington and Camden over Summer 2020, exceeding expectations with almost 10k treenions making over 27k trips, avoiding 10 tons of Co2. We've raised a seed round but since then cycling in London is up 120%, accelerated by COVID-19, a heightened awareness of the realities of climate change and a £2bn commitment to make cities more cycle-friendly. We see an opportunity for HumanForest to grow to meet this demand, opening in more Boroughs with even more e-bikes. We are raising funds to build an even bigger human forest. ==Team== We’re a dynamic & energetic team, supported by experienced board members - Vicente Pascual (Cabify Co-Founder) & Stefan Tilk (Ex-Volvo President & NEVS CEO). Agustin Guilisasti, Founder/CEO, and someone ready to reforest the world! He is the driving force behind HumanForest! Originally from Chile, Agustin and Ignacio founded Cabify’s LATAM operations, helping it grow into Spain’s first unicorn & the first profitable ride-hailing App. On moving to London, he saw a lack of affordable mobility and an opportunity to offer a new type of shared e-bike; one which is truly green. Agustin passionately believes that in the same way that trees remove Co2 from the atmosphere, humans working together can improve the air quality in our cities. Michael Stewart, Co-Founder/Head of Marketing - Brand & customer champion with 8 years marketing experience at companies including Falabella and Maui & Sons. Mike oversees all aspects of the user experience. Caroline Seton, Co-Founder/Head of Growth - Ex-Finsbury consultant, Caroline has over 7 years experience advising FTSE100s on their comms strategies. She leads public affairs, sustainability & investor relations. Jose Duarte, Data Scientist - As Cabify's former Head of Data for Chile, Jose brings 3 years data analytics experience. Laura Elms, Head of Sales - An avid cyclist with 4 years experience in B2B Tech Sales from Dataminr. [[Category:Thesis]] [[Category:Equities]] __INDEX__
