==Idea== <vimeo>486570664</vimeo> The amount of information available to businesses today is overwhelming, both from internal resources and a vast array of external sources. Much of this information is unstructured which not only makes it difficult to find but users may even be unaware that vital information exists. It is estimated that Fortune 500 companies lose roughly $31bn/year by failing to share knowledge. Knowledge management software is designed to help businesses store, organise, search and analyse this data. However, most of these solutions: 1) only search for public domain or indexed data 2) generate thousands of results 3) aren't integrated into the workflow 4) do not search across languages. Using AI technology, Kvasir provides users with real-time relevant information while they are working. Eg. consider an engineer drafting a response to a product enquiry. Kvasir’s AI technology analyses the document continuously as they write their response, searching through complex public and private information and provides relevant information in real-time. This helps the engineer complete their work more efficiently, more accurately and with less risk. Based on the company’s market research, there are no known solutions available to business today that can do this. Kvasir is raising funding to accelerate product development and sales. Cambridge Enterprise is investing a further £500k this round.
