He has previously run digital divisions for Bertelsmann and post-merger with Sony and authored 'Law for Small Business for Dummies' and 'The Yes Book - the art of better negotiation' on Random House. He felt that SMEs were poorly served by the existing legal system and decided to create a Tech Platform that would give them law the way that they want it - fast, easy to access, and affordable. Greig Hilton - MD Greig worked at Disney as Head of Finance Ventures and has twice taken technology companies from Growth stage to Exit as a C-level executive. Louis Bacon - COO A Ruby on Rails developer with extensive experience who has managed large in-house and remote software teams and is developing Version 2 of the LawBite Platform. James Robins - CSMO Delivered high-velocity sales growth in the UK/US at two US tech companies that have exited (SpinVox and GoCanvas). Says Greig: "James Louis & I joined LawBite to disrupt a slow and stuffy industry with a dynamic new service every business needs". Richard Royce - COO and Product Owner Started the company with Clive. Designed and managed the Platform build, with a background in customer service and sales logistics at Tetrapak.
