Legal & General Group Plc: Board Committee Appointment

The Board of Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Laura Wade-Gery as a member of the Group Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.

Laura joined the Board on 3 January 2022 as a non-executive director. Laura is Chair of the Group Technology Committee and is a member of the Group Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee and Group Risk Committee.
