==Idea== <vimeo>528392640</vimeo> Plastic isn't the sole problem, it's our disposable attitude towards it. With 8m tonnes of plastic entering our oceans every year, it's time to move away from single use culture. Love Ocean is an ocean inspired bathroom product brand on a mission to make natural marine ingredient products for the whole family. We're launching with a children's range in a striking whale tail-shaped bottle made from 100% post consumer recycled plastic, designed to be reused & refilled via a quarterly subscription. We are targeting 78% of our customers to be refilling by 2025. With every bottle purchased, our contribution to the Plastic Bank will fund the removal of 1kg of ocean-bound plastic in Haiti, Philippines and Indonesia. Plastic collectors receive a vital income and the plastic is remade into packaging. With all digital assets in place for World Ocean Day 2021, we'll launch our children's range with the aim of disrupting the highly fragmented Baby & Children's product market and look to fill a gap with our unique approach. We plan to launch a baby range in 2022, an adult range in 2023, and a youth range in 2024. We also have a 2023 global expansion plan. Our team of content experts, formerly of Elle and Harper's Bazaar, plan to create inspiring and educational editorial content to help build an engaged community. Help us protect the oceans and change the way the world uses plastic.
