==Idea== <vimeo>560351036</vimeo> UK homebrewing is growing rapidly. ~2m people brew beer/make wine at home; kit sales have rocketed over lockdown. I’ve brewed for years. In shared houses, flats & railway arches. From ‘just add water kits’, to pro setups. I’ve realised homebrewing in London is hard! Tiny flats; expensive kit & there's no help when things go wrong! So I returned to school, & discovered ‘Brew on Premises’ in the USA & Canada; open-access breweries where anyone can brew. Mash Paddle Brewery was born. A gym for brewers. All of the kit. No up-front costs or space requirements. For a monthly fee, we'll provide members with access to professional kit, guidance, ingredients & a community who share the same passion - to create unique brews that you can’t buy off the shelf. Our membership subscription model has been designed to generate sustainable MRR, supplemented by transactional rev generated by selling ingredients, experiences & beer. Milestones: * Winner of the City LaunchLab CitySpark “People’s Choice” & Santander Scholarship * Collaboration planned with leading London cheesemaker to create ‘beer & cheese’ experience * Raised £10.9k on Crowdfunder * First commercial brewer identified & interested in a pilot Raising for our 1st, fully-kitted site (potential site identified on Bermondsey Beer Mile) & build a taproom serving fresh beer brewed on-site. Join us & together we will help London Brew Great Beer!
