Neat was founded by former GB swimmers, Lee & Charlie with a commitment to support every lifestyle. Their goal was to create a protein powder that tasted great and used simple and nutritious ingredients, the complete opposite to traditional 'big tubs'. Since launching with a positive response from customers and the media, Neat evolved its offering to a personalised subscription service.

Neat has done awesome things:

Neat launched with both whey and vegan protein blends. But as we move forward we have committed to focusing solely on the development of plant-based blends. The plant-based supplement market is due to be worth $7.38 billion by 2026. We want to capitalise on that awesome potential by continuing to make delicious and purposeful plant-based products. Our ingredients will be responsibly sourced and empower under-served communities of growers.

Your investment will push forward new product development and open up new distribution channels. It will also help us aim to gain B-Corp status, joining many global brands in pledging our desire to do the best by our community, customers, workers and environment.

Lee Forster

Lee is a former GB International Swimmer turned entrepreneur. As the former head of commercial strategy at an AIM listed healthcare company, and subsequently co-founder of premium wellness brand Neat Nutrition, Lee is outstandingly positioned at the forefront of the industry, with deep relationships across both the sector and wider start-up community. His ability to spot key trends in health and wellness has seen him speak at MIT, appear on BBC World News and feature on Bloomberg.

Charlie Turner

HEAD OF SALES (Co-Founder)

Charlie left the British swimming team and quickly built a career developing commercial partnership agreements for some of the largest global entertainment rights holders including; Disney, Marvel and Studio Canal. With 5yrs in the health and wellness sector, Charlie is extensively networked and able to advise on future opportunities.

Rob Hyde

COO (Co-Founder)

With over 15 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics and operations, Rob’s keen eye for detail and organisational skills led him to head up operations at a top 10 Yorkshire-based print and design company. He’s used to delivering revolutionary technology innovations to stream line production processes, order management and stock levels. Rob has a consistent track record in negotiating the best materials costs.
