==Team==

OTHERWORLD is a team of creatives, technologists and operators founded in 2017 by Chris Adams and Ed Wardle, named in the Evening Standard Progress 1000 list of London's most influential people in 2019.

Chris Adams, CEO, is an ex-McKinsey strategy consultant, spending 8 years supporting FTSE 100 tech and leisure clients in London and Silicon Valley. He previously founded an esports infrastructure start-up and studied at Oxford University.

Ed Wardle, Chief Creative Officer, leads content and creative direction. As a writer he sold 4 feature screenplays to Oscar and BAFTA-winners. He studied Film at USC in LA and German Literature at Oxford University.

David Ratcliffe, Head of Finance, trained at Deloitte, leading audits of FTSE 100 clients. David is a Chartered Accountant and has first class honours from Bristol University.

Ben Garrett, Head of Operations, has over 14 years’ senior operations experience earned at Black Sheep Coffee, Rank Group plc and Nando’s, where he led the Central London portfolio.

Katie Moore, Head of People, was formerly People Ops Lead at Enlitic (US-based MedTech startup, raised $55M) with earlier HR roles at Sony Pictures, Lionsgate and Onica.

Alex Moore, Investor & Chairman, co-founded Rosa's Thai Café, delivering strong shareholder returns by selling a majority stake in the multi-restaurant site to private equity firm TriSpan. He's also Chair of TiPJAR.
