According to our own research, traditional electric bikes can be heavy and difficult to commute with & lighter scooters often come with safety concerns. That’s why we started Ossby with the mission to design and manufacture a light and compact e-bike. We now hold 3 certificates of registration for our innovative folding designand have moved from prototype to production phase. We believe you can be better to the environment without compromising on quality, safety, or convenience. The e-bike industry is estimated to grow to $70Bn by the end of 2027, that’s 7.9% YoY, and we’re already making our mark on the sector. We are stocked in 58 click & collect stores in Spain and retail stores like El Corte Inglés and Mammoth. We were named Best Folded Bike by REVIEWBOX (2020) and we have launched some marketing campaigns through Netflix and Taco Bell. Our ecommerce offering is also taking off, in 2021 online sales made up 20.5% of our €69k revenue (-€184k EBITDA)with 4M online impressions & our social media reach increased 37.5% to 6.2k (+214% on Instagram to 1.6k). We’ve also integrated new payment methods: Bizum & Aplazame. We’re raising funds to continue industrializing our production process in Spain, incorporate recycled fibres in our process & to focus on international expansion. ==Team== '''Caricia Mondragón: CEO & Founder''' Born in Spain in 1981.
