It owns 1-3% interest in five oil and gas leases located in the Jefferson and Wilkinson counties of Mississippi. The company was formerly known as Paloma Ventures Inc. and changed its name to Paloma Resources Inc. in February 2004. Paloma Resources Inc. was incorporated in 1985 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
