IdeaEdit

One in three adults don’t believe school education prepared them for adult life. Against a backdrop of declining mental health and wellbeing in Gen Z, life skills have been recognised as among the most essential skill to thrive in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Role Models is an impact-driven education provider, helping young people to thrive in modern life. Complementing traditional academic education, we provide programmes that promote social and emotional wellbeing and dynamic thinking through a focus on leadership, resilience, creativity and collaboration.

Tapping into the £75bn private tuition market (forecast to grow to £139bn by 2026), we launched in 2014 and by 2019 were delivering courses in Saudi Arabia and China.

Through our blended online and offline delivery methods, we've generated £2.4m in revenue to date (-£508k EBITDA 2013-21). Since CV19 accelerated our online product delivery, we've had thousands of online learners join us from 37 countries.

We’ve targeted B2C, B2B2C through schools and partnerships with international distributors, such as Outschool. We have also developed a partner programme with JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Rothschild, Citibank and many more who offer our courses as an employee benefit.

Raising now to invest in marketing, tech and curriculum development. Join us in our vision to become a leader in developing life skills for the next generation.
