==Team== Founders, James Grundy and Felix James have a wealth of experience working at the forefront of the drinks industry. James started out in the wine trade, while Felix originally cut his teeth in quality control and production at AB InBev and Fuller's, before they both met heading up teams at Sipsmith Gin, the brand behind the gin boom that is still widely spread today. From their SE London brewery, Felix says "We have re-worked the brewing process to focus on flavour maximisation over the historic alcohol creation. We can't produce 'big' beer on our kit, but we think we can produce the very best lower ABV beer that the world has ever tasted!" Head of Operations, Alex has a Masters in manufacturing engineering - graduating into the Nestle Manufacturing Graduate Scheme. He then managed the UKs first underground farm, 33m below the streets of Clapham. A keen homebrewer he brings to Small Beer his passion for beer and experience over a range of operations. Alex says "People talk about session beer, but these are true session beers, mid-strength with beautifully balanced flavour profiles, that don't leave you suffering the following day." James "At Small Beer we're not only building a brand, we're at the forefront of an entirely new category!" [[Category:Thesis]] [[Category:Equities]] __INDEX__
