==Summary==

Valentian Vermouth is made with Scottish New Make Malt Spirit, usually reserved for single malt whisky. We’ve already found a place in dozens of bars in our home market since launching in 2019. We’re planning to open our first venue and turbo charge our growth within the $8.7bn global vermouth market.

Scottish new make malt spirit is usually reserved for making single malt whisky. The Tait Bros’. use it to make vermouth. Our home is the Scottish Borders region, once the Roman province of Valentia. Our vermouth combines two great traditions, Scottish distilling & Italian viticulture.

We believe Vermouth’s time has come and we are bringing a distinctively Scottish edge. In 2019 the global market for Vermouth was $8.7bn, with the UK aperitif market (including vermouth) growing by 12.5%. Consumers are looking for new and distinctive brands, particularly for use in low-abv cocktails. Some of the best bars and restaurants in the UK are using our vermouth including the Montpelier Group. To support this network we’ve established listings with wholesalers (3 regional and 1 national).

We’ve received rave reviews from bartenders and influencers including Kesia McHardy (Winner Jack Daniel’s Tennesse Calling IV Competition) and Joey Cobbe (Head Bar Tender House of Gods, 40k+ followers on IG). The Scotsman, The Herald, Press & Journal, Scottish Field (luxury edition) have all covered us and we’ve even featured in the Sunday Times cocktail of the week.

With this raise we plan to:

With a profound love and respect for craft viticulture and distilling, they’ve worked tirelessly to bring a Scottish flavour to a traditionally Italian product.
