At the time of the initial announcement, the most recently reported revenue of Numis is for the financial year ended 30th September 2022, and the revenue and revenue growth figures is £144.2 million and negative 33.1%, respectively.<ref name=":0">https://www.numis.com/-/media/numiscorp/documents/investors-files/results---files/2022/ann-rns-final-numis-final-results-statement-7-dec-2022-final.pdf</ref> EBIT, profit before tax and profit after tax is £19.08 million, £20.86 million and £13.70 million, respectively.<ref name=":0" /> Net assets is £185.2 million.<ref name=":0" />

Accordingly, the valuation multiples of the deal are as follows: price/sales is 2.84x, price/earnings is 29.93x and price/book is 2.21x.
