On March 4th 2022, Microsoft Corp completed the acquisition of Nuance Communications Inc. in all cash transaction valued at $19.7 billion, inclusive of Nuance’s net debt. It is headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts and has a large presence in the Seattle region as a result of several acquisitions of its own.
