Smart(J)Contractrs: Total Voting Rights

As at 31 October 2022, the Company's issued share capital consists of 40,763,871 ordinary shares, with equal voting rights.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury at the date of this disclosure.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
