SphereTrax wants to give searching power back to its clients, so that you can find precisely what you are looking for quickly and easily. That’s why SphereTrax has created a unique, bespoke interface that is built for you - the creative. Where tracks can be discovered through dialling in musical parameters like tempo, key, time signature, instrumentation and genre, alongside ‘emotional’ parameters, like how happy, sad, reflective or epic a track is.

COO: Isaac Short

Isaac Short is a composer, sound artist and UX designer, with a specific focus on creating digital software instruments and professional tools for creatives. An alumni of the Royal Academy of Music, he has previously worked with clients such as The Royal Parks and has won awards including the Peter Maxwell Davies prize for composition in 2021.

CEO: Sefi Carmel

Sefi Carmel is an award winning London-based composer, sound designer, producer and mixer. He has been creating soundtracks for films, TV, commercials and games for over 3 decades. His diverse credits range from work on A-list Hollywood feature films with the likes of Ridley Scott, John Woo, Chris Columbus, Cameron Macintosh and Kevin Reynolds, to mixing, remixing and mastering tracks for David Bowie, Phil Collins, Bruno Mars, Michael Bublé, Massive Attack, BB king and many more. He has enjoyed success creating scores and soundtracks for Netflix, Amazon, Disney, UIP, Buena Vista, Scott Free, BBC, MTV, ITV, National Geographic, Discovery, Sky, Five, Channel 4 and many more.

Early-stage investment

SphereTrax is at one of the earliest stages of the business lifecycle, and the failure rate of companies at that stage is usually much higher than those at a later stage.

Illiquid investment

The number of transactions in shares of private companies is usually significantly lower than in public companies, typically resulting in it taking longer to sell shares in private companies at a price that is at least equal to the price that the shares were bought at.
