Our proprietary tech platform models the benefits of various green home solutions, such as insulation, and enables a smooth install experience. Our data shows we’ve really hit the button with solving the user need, backed up by incredible feedback and conversion rates.

Tom - Founder & CTO - Studied Economics at Durham University. He worked as a developer at IBM and for various start-ups. He then worked on large projects as a data-driven management consultant at Newton Europe, where he met Llewellyn.

Llewellyn - Founder & CEO – Studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge. He won multiple national university cycling championships while there and raced professionally for 2 years afterwards. He joined Newton and, like Tom, was promoted rapidly.

Sameeha - Developer - 1st in software engineering and studying for a Computer Science masters.

Will - Developer – Natural Sciences at Cambridge and graduate of Makers developer course.

Greg– Head of Product – Greg has a masters in Engineering and Renewable energy from Durham and worked with the department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy on UK carbon trading.

Gabiele - Customer Experience – Amazing with our members. Plus, has a law degree and is studying for her master’s.

Zabrina– Customer Experience – A source of constant positive feedback from members!

Richard– Head of Growth – Extensive growth and marketing experience. Including 4 years at Funding Options, where he took them from MVP to leading the UK market.

Sara - Partnerships Manager – Joins with 6+ years of track record success in partnerships.

Julia – Growth Associate – Uses “human psychology” from her Anthropology degree and to amazing effect.
